We know that you may not want to keep the book you receive.  There are several reasons for returning books, and our policy varies depending upon the specific reason.

 

 

Our Policy on Refunds and Returns

 

Wrong book received or book not as advertised

 

If we sent you the wrong item, based on the ISBN, we will incur all expenses involved with the return and reshipment of the item.  You will receive 100% of your PayPal Payment plus any additional expenses with returning the incorrect book to us.  Please see Buying Books

 

International Standard Book Number.  Each book has a 10 digit number to identify it and make it unique.  Dashes are sometimes used  i.e. 1-57566-912-9, but must be stripped out to create the computer useable number.  Some people say "ISBN Number"  (redundantly)

 

Your ordered the wrong book

Uninsured package lost or damaged

Our proof of shipping on uninsured merchandise is to provide our USPS Manifest Number, referencing your shipment.  Your loss is between you and the Post Office.

Insured package lost.

Upon waiting an appropriate amount of time, your entire transaction amount will be refunded, or another books sent to you.

Insured package damaged.

We will replace the item, refund partial (you keep the damaged book) or total (you return the damaged book at our expense) transaction.

 

 

 

General Return Policy:

 

Unless specified otherwise, all return shipping must be paid by the customer. We do not accept COD returns, so any refused and return to sender mail will not come to us.

 

All returns are charged a 10% restocking fee.  We will refund your PayPal account 90% of your purchase price less your shipping fees.  Your shipping fees are not refundable.  Please do not ask us to credit your credit card, as we did not use that account to receive four money, PayPal received your payment.  We DO NOT have access to your account.

 

If you want to return a book, it must be in new condition.

 

There is a return shipping label on the bottom of the packing slip. You can should tape that label back on the package, tape up the package, and return it to us.  You MUST furnish a transaction number.  We cannot process your return without it.

 

Media Mail through the USPS is the most inexpensive method of shipping books, you can do this at your local post office.  We suggest that you send the item back to us with delivery confirmation.
